Progress Remediation Inspections

Evaluating Entire Building Envelope

These inspections will encompass the entire building envelope with focus on waterproofing and installation. During the course of these inspections, our certified inspector will be looking for locations around the home that are typical for moisture accumulation.

Progress 1 Includes rough opening and vapor barrier installation inspections.... with a report & checklist.

Progress 2 - Includes lath with all flashing (ie. kickout,diverter,metal cap and balcony flashings) inspections.... with a report & checklist.

Progress 3 - Includes a formal report which can be presented to the buyer documenting all completion of the sealant  and stucco work.

Following the inspection, StuccoSpec will provide you with an emailed document containing information specific to the home's stucco /waterproofing condition, full color photos of areas of concern and information critical to the long-term maintenance of the home.

Phase Inspections

New Construction

These inspections will encompass the entire building envelope with focus on waterproofing and installation. During the course of these inspections, our certified inspector will be looking for locations around the home that are typical for moisture accumulation.

Phase 1 - Includes rough opening and vapor barrier installation inspection with special details to openings such as doors, windows, penetrations, balconies and roof terminations.... with a report & checklist.

Phase 2 -STUCCO ONLY - Includes lath with all flashing (ie: kickout, diverter, metal cap and balcony flashings) inspection with special detail to fastener patterns, corner bead, casing bead, control joints, overlapping and lath specifications.... with a report & checklist.
 
Phase 3 - Includes a formal report which can be presented to the buyer documenting all completion of sealant, flashing, exterior siding work with special attention to waterproofing.
